Due to Autodesk’s adoption of .NET8 architecture in their 2025 release, we have had to change to a new licensing system developed by Soraco (QLM). We are confident that a transition to the new licensing system will not inconvenience customers. A new customer portal is available for customers to manage their V25 licenses.
For computer-based single-user licensing, the procedure is similar to that of previous licensing.
For server-based multi-user licensing, a new server application manager will need to be installed.
Shortly, the new licensing system will enable customers to choose cloud based licensing in addition to the existing options.
Key Enhancements with QLM:
- Future-Proof Infrastructure: QLM is renowned for frequently updating its framework, ensuring that our licensing system remains at the forefront of technology. This commitment to continuous improvement means you can rely on our solutions to evolve with industry standards and meet emerging challenges effectively.
- Enhanced Security: Security is a top priority, and our systems applies advanced security features to protect your licenses and data. With encrypted storage and robust access controls, your licenses are secure in the new customer portal. This peace of mind allows you to focus on your work without worrying about unauthorized access or data breaches.
- Efficient License Management: Streamlines license management, providing you with intuitive tools to track, monitor, and manage licenses effortlessly. From license allocation to expiry reminders, you have full control over your licensing environment, optimizing resource utilization and reducing administrative overhead.
- Cloud-Capable Architecture: Although cloud deployment is not currently available, our licensing system is designed with a cloud-capable architecture in mind. This architecture is poised to enhance scalability and accessibility.
